Reinduction...terkantoi on weekend...

Waaa...during my weekend i lost my induction phase...haha gare2 balik rumah..."ter" makan nasi...my mama masak sedap sgt tergoda i...kantoi sekali sekale xpe tp bukan dijadikan habit ye miss nadya!!!but yesterday i start smula induction phase...my meal 4 yesterday:

Bfast:xsempat
Lunch:seekor ikan kembung+sayur kangkung
Dinner:nugget (i guess tersalah nie...suppose xleh amibik)
Air: 2L (sgt sikit n kene tambah lagik)

So yesterday punye induction xdikirela kan sebab dah terkantoi mase dinner...

Today:

Bfast:2telor
Lunch: seketul ayam goreng n kubis goreng
Dinner: will be update...

Day 1-Steps to start Atkins diet...

Quite a long time i analyzed atkins diet nie...n finally i decide 2 do it...InsyaAllah...2day dah start la my atkins diet...nie la antare step2 yg i buat b4 atkins nie:


  1. Cari info dari internet dulu n yg slalu i rujuk is http://taknakgemuk.blogspot.com (Superdzul) sgt impress dgn prubahan die...
  2. Clear kan semua stok2 yg xpatot diambil during Atkins Diet like drink 3 in 1 nescfe, biscuits, roti, makanan manis2...
  3. Belajar kuatkan azam...
  4. Start a new me...=)
  5. Terus-terusan cari info n refer 2 org yg da bpngalaman ngan atkins diet

Atkins ade 4 stage:

  1. Induction (i nak wat 2wks++)
  2. Ongoing Weight Mgmnt
  3. Pre Maintanence
  4. Lifetime Maintenance

So for induction nie food yg i kene avoid adelah:

  1. High Carbo (nasi,mee,mihun,spagethi,roti n etc)
  2. Makanan bertepung (Kek, biskut raye, muffin, karipap, roti canai n etc)
  3. Snacks
  4. Minuman manis
  5. Buah-buahan
  6. Processed food

So foods dat i can take:

  1. Protein (ikan,ayam telor)
  2. Sayuran ijau
  3. Lots of plain water
  4. keju n mayo boleh tp kene tgk carbo die
  5. Supplement

N diz morning my meal adelah 2biji telor goreng n seketul ayam goreng yg sgt ciput dijual oleh makcik cafe...=) plan for lunch nak mkn ikan n sayur...hehehe total carbo yg bole amik 4 induction adelah not more than 20g..

Paradigm shift...to a new nadya...

Waa...pejam celik almost 24 years i dah idop kat dunia nie...alhamdulillah...syukur pade Allah...2nite dinner wif a cup o cofee n french fries...wut da...pmakanan yg sgt xsihat...tlg la...ptg tadi ingat nak play badminton o hv sum exercise...tapi hampeh...xtaula y mlm nie terdetik sgt nak create diary atkin kat blog nie..dah 24thn idup n dah 24thn juge GEMOK...!!!kalau ikotkan ati nie nak sgt badan cantik mcm org lain...geram taw...Tuhan saje yg tau...tp 2la sape suruh xjage badan...

Bile analisis balik kenape boleh gemok...n i knew its bcoz of pengambilan minuman manis...sgt xboleh idop tanpe nescafe...omg...pliz help me...but i must change dat habit lorr...b4 diz pnah amik HLife...turun juge almost 5kgs in 2months++ so jadila 70kgs...then afta stop tros naik 15kgs++ ni sume sebab xreti control pmakanan...bukan salah product...then dah sedar diri diet smule n amik JDM5...turun 3kgs in 3weeks...but then rase xsesuai coz pitam2...so i pon stop la...n d result afta stop sume tu n xjage makan = 87kgs..what a big num!!! n today dgn penuh keazaman nak start diet smule...n i choose atkins diet...mudah-mudahan berhasil...

d reasons y rase nak kuros sgt2 adelah:
  1. xtahan org asek tgor y smakin gemok...sampai penah nangis sebab gemok
  2. xnak kene ejek lagi...letihla hati ni nak sedey jer sebab gemok
  3. nak cantik macam org lain
  4. adik2 sume kurus kering...i sorang jer membesar bagaikan johan...wuwuuwu..malu
  5. xnak dgr my fiance bising lagi...xlarat...
  6. nak pakai kebaye macam ratu kebaye...hehehe

My target b4 masuk 2011 is 60kgs...
