Day 1-Steps to start Atkins diet...

Quite a long time i analyzed atkins diet nie...n finally i decide 2 do it...InsyaAllah...2day dah start la my atkins diet...nie la antare step2 yg i buat b4 atkins nie:


  1. Cari info dari internet dulu n yg slalu i rujuk is http://taknakgemuk.blogspot.com (Superdzul) sgt impress dgn prubahan die...
  2. Clear kan semua stok2 yg xpatot diambil during Atkins Diet like drink 3 in 1 nescfe, biscuits, roti, makanan manis2...
  3. Belajar kuatkan azam...
  4. Start a new me...=)
  5. Terus-terusan cari info n refer 2 org yg da bpngalaman ngan atkins diet

Atkins ade 4 stage:

  1. Induction (i nak wat 2wks++)
  2. Ongoing Weight Mgmnt
  3. Pre Maintanence
  4. Lifetime Maintenance

So for induction nie food yg i kene avoid adelah:

  1. High Carbo (nasi,mee,mihun,spagethi,roti n etc)
  2. Makanan bertepung (Kek, biskut raye, muffin, karipap, roti canai n etc)
  3. Snacks
  4. Minuman manis
  5. Buah-buahan
  6. Processed food

So foods dat i can take:

  1. Protein (ikan,ayam telor)
  2. Sayuran ijau
  3. Lots of plain water
  4. keju n mayo boleh tp kene tgk carbo die
  5. Supplement

N diz morning my meal adelah 2biji telor goreng n seketul ayam goreng yg sgt ciput dijual oleh makcik cafe...=) plan for lunch nak mkn ikan n sayur...hehehe total carbo yg bole amik 4 induction adelah not more than 20g..
